Mr. Brown developed a socio-economic land use forecasting model for the Boston Region based upon bid-rent. This model was designed to integrate with the TransCAD travel demand model maintained by Central Transportation Planning Staff (CTPS) and support housing and economic development policy analysis by the Metropolitan Area Planning Council (MAPC).
